In Teeyer's new production system, including the batching and pouring system, reinforced mesh fabrication and hanging system, cutting system, autoclaving system, green cake separator system, packaging system etc. through RFID which is employed for data collection and sharing of equipment operating parameters. This achieves the goal of unmanned and automatic operation. Ultimately, it enables fully digitized operation and management of the production process, contributing to lean manufacturing practices.
