On August 1st, the inaugural ceremony of the TEEYER Intelligent AAC Division and the 2025 Mid-Year Strategic Upgrade Conference was held with great ceremony. Centered around the theme of “Change · Innovation · Breakthrough,” the event focused on strategic planning and future development of the AAC business.
The first session was hosted by Assistant to the Chairman Mr. He Jian and Executive Vice President Mr. Chen Wei, officially announced the establishment of the AAC Division and the appointment of its leadership — marking a major breakthrough in the company’s business management. “We have decided to break down the traditional functional structure and build a customer-centric concentric organization,” they stated.
Regional Heads and the Marketing Management Department delivered detailed reports on their respective areas, including target breakdowns, market analysis, responsive strategies, and action plans for the second half of the year. Company leaders gave speeches in succession, reinforcing the importance of strategic execution.
In the third session, Regional Heads led their teams in group discussions. These discussions aimed to further refine and operationalize the division’s strategic goals.
The establishment of the TEEYER Intelligent AAC Division marks a significant milestone in the company’s development journey.
